Zucchini Fritters
½ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ or 1 oz. Pkg. Ranch style mix
2 c. shredded zucchini

I thought I would share with you all some of our favorite recipes! Enjoy!
Zucchini Cobbler (taste like apple!)
8 cups chopped, seeded and peeled zucchini
2/3 cup lemon juice
Cook for 15-20 minutes
Add:
1 cup sugar
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. nutmeg
Simmer for 1 minute, remove from heat, set aside.
